Wine Gums

Mr Maynard (Wine Gums to his friends - work it out), is declared in Uttoxeter tomorrow. He will face 7 rivals in the 2m 4f handicap, and should run well. He has been in great heart at home, and will be ridden by Brendan Powell. Regular pilot Josh Moore, who is off games at the moment, thinks he should have won on his last start, and blames himself for not making it a stiffer test, so with a few more runners tomorrow, and a slightly higher grade, the race should be run to suit and he should go well. Genny Wren was also due to make the trip, but is not quite right at the minute, and will be checked over by the vets in the next few days - it doesn't look like anything major - but better to be safe than sorry. The nice weather looks like bringing a few owners to Fences Farm on Saturday, with a few of Dawn Commanders owners coming over to see him, and cast their eye over Cloonacool. If they want a share they will have to be quick as they are going very fast!! Please call me on 07909 518902, if you would like to come and see Cloonacool, and be involved in this very exciting horse for just 650 + training/keep fees of a set 20/week (all inclusive). Remember you are guaranteed 1 Owners badge every time your horse runs, and get your full share of any Owners prize money that the horse earns!! Kick on if you want to join - as the shares are going very quickly!!
