What a day!! Ogee wins the Sefton Novices Hurdle at Aintree. As Ben Turner said just after the race 'WHAT'S GOING ON!!'. An amazing and very richly deserved win for Mrs Robeson and all of her team at Tyringham. Ogee has been a gradual improver all season, and given a great ride by Jimmy Mac he battled all the way to the line to win it well. A fantastic run and with the horses in such good form we all hope it lasts!Commiserations to Malcolm Jefferson and everyone at his yard after the sadly fatal fall of Moscow Catch, our thoughts go out to him and his team, on the loss of such apromising animal. Ogees win just goes to prove that when they have the right ammunition - the team at Fences Farm are second to none!! I'm off for a very large drink! Well done to all!
