Another winner in the bag! Daurica won well at Southwell tonight. I Had said earlier today that I thought she would be OK in her grade, but to be honest I thought that running off level weights with mares rated around 105 would mean that she was pitching for the places - but, not for the first time I was surprised. Given a fantastic, confident, front running ride from Tom O'Brien, who had obviously learnt a lot about her at Uttoxeter, she made all, and held on very gamely for the win. Another fantastic training and placing performance by Mrs Robeson and her team. Well Done!!
