Well done to Mrs Robeson and her brother Sir Evelyn De Rothschild. Their homebred Crystal Capella was the very game and tough winner of the Middleton Stakes (Group 3) at York this afternoon. Locked in battle a whole 1/2 mile from home Crystal Capella and Dar Re Mi gave every ounce all the way to the line with CC just coming out on top by the smallest of margins. This is her sixth win in a row,and she was giving 4lbs to a very good opponent in Dar Re Mi.Crystal Capella really is a tough and genuine filly that just hates to be beaten, a real boost for the family and Southcourt Stud.
