Ladies night at Huntingdon last night - a few gorgeous girls about, and one or two misfits as well!! A really good turn out from the members of the Racing Club, and they were thrilled with the run of Kikos, who did them proud by running another stormer to finish second again. Poor Kikos always seems to run into a well handicapped or improving performer, but he always runs his heart out and last night was no exception. He actually looked like the winner on the home bend, but a mistake at the last in the back straight, and another error at the last meant he weakened into second, but did battle it out for that place and held on well.He has come out of the race well, and is enjoying a day off in the paddock. He will be entered to run again in 3-4 weeks. Kikos has been a fantastic servant to the Club, only finishing out of the money twice in ten starts(Fell once and 5th once)- his form figures since we acquired him now read F224451222, so consistent, and really good fun to see him gallop and jump as he does.E Major has come out of his race well, and will have one more run before a short break.
