It will be interesting to see how Nesnaas runs in the 4.50 at Market Rasen tomorrow. Nesnaas was third behind Kikos at Uttoxeter on Sunday, and came from miles back to fill that place - upped to 2miles 2 furlongs tomorrow he may run very well, and we will be in a position where Kikos could be raised on Tuesday for his win and then put up again the following week if Nesnaas runs well. It is a real double edged sword, as you want the form to be franked but don't want to go up in the weights as a result. N Henderson handed a £40,000 fine and not permitted to have any runners until October 10, (oddly enough when the National Hunt Season starts to get back in full swing)! A big fine, and a necessary 'ban', but I would think that the trainers that have been warned off for administering prohibitive substances may be a little agrieved!! Worcester are still in the mire - I just hope they do the right thing and recompense all the owners, trainers, jockeys, valets and other racing professionals that are out of pocket due to the abandonment - well it may happen!!
