It is always nice to welcome a new face over to Fences Farm, and today we had a visit from Brian Holmes who is interested in joining the Racing Club and having a share in Kikos. Brian was there to see Kikos do a very pleasing piece of work, and spent the morning having the full tour - around both yards, up to the field to see Bobby Gee and Jardin De Vienne with a few others in the field, and also a trip down to the jumps field to see where all the horses learn their jumping skills. It was good to see some fresh horses around the place - especially Il Duce, a top class handicapper who has come from Alan Kings, and will hopefully benefit from the change of scenery. He is the most beautiful horse, and it is a testament to the form that the horses showed last year, that Mr King suggested that he came to Fences Farm.Rousing Rob has settled well into a routine once again, along with Ogee, Willow Wren Icterus and Rock Wren. It will not be long before they are all on the racecourse again.
