Thursdsay 15 April

A quick trip over to Michael and Fiona Kehoes last night, where I am pleased to say the owners are as well catered for as the horses! Thankyou for a lovely supper! All the horses there look in great order - the Overbury foal I purchased in January had all ideas of fatherhood rather rudely torn away from him on Tuesday, when the vet made him 'two stone lighter'. He will now appear in the Racing Post as a g and not a c!! The good news is that he seems to show no effects of the op and is looking very well. The Silver Patriach half brother to Bobby Gee looks in great shape, he will be coming to Fences Farm in a couple of weeks to carry on his education. The Kayf Tara filly has really changed, she has grown like mad and really does move beautifully, she just floats over the ground, and seems to be ultra athletic (if that is a term). She will go to Fences Farm in the next few weeks to be broken in.
