A quick update on running plans as they stand. Omaruru will not go to Ludlow on Thursday, but will have an entry at Haydock on Wednesday 27th, and will be joined in the North West by Bobby Gee who will be in a handicap chase. Robo will be declared for Fakenham on Friday - the Nicholls hot pot is chalked up as a doubtful runner and with the only other form horses (bar 1) having to give our new boy 10lbs it looks like the best option. Kikos is entered at Stratford on Saturday, but as there were only 9 entries when the race closed at its normal stage yesterday it has been re-opened until this morning. The ground at Stratford is genuinely quick which will suit, the trip of 2m 1 1/2f should be perfect in this grade, none of the winter horses will be running on that ground and the summer horses have all had a hard season, whereas we have had a midsummer break, so all in all things work out in our favour.A very exciting weekend in store!
