Important Business returns to Fences Farm today to resume his stop/start career. He has been off games with an injury since mid summer, but has spent the last few weeks on the walker at Michael and Fionas so is well on the way through his pre training. I really hope we get a clear run at him from now, so we can get that first win on his card.Highly rated, he must surely get his head in front soon!! We will need some rain if Bobby Gee is to get a run on Thursday. The ground has dried up to Good, Good To Soft in places, and it is likely to continue to get quicker, so his participation hangs in the balance a bit, as he would not go on ground that was too quick. His possible engagement at Kempton on Friday also looks in doubt as the ground is already Good To Firm in places there! The Eider Chase may come back on the agenda! Thanks to Andrew Lambert who is part owner of Omaruru for the photo of his horse he took on Sunday (right) a nice shot! And a happy birthday to the man in the saddle - Sam who celebrates his 22nd Birthday today!
