Good news from Rossdales today - Omaruru continues to progress, and all being well he should be coming home on Monday. By then we will know the timescale concerning a return to action, and hopefully he will be back on track in the spring. Kikos and Colebrooke are both fine after their runs at the weekend. Kikos ran very well upped in trip, and it would have done his confidence the world of good. He remains to high in the handicap, and will have to be dropped before he can run in his correct grade, and for this reason we will continue with him as we did last year, and aim at a handicap in the spring. Colebrooke ran a stormer, on a track that did not suit, they went of at a crazy pace, and our little lad was flat out all the way. He was purchased for his owners as a stayer, and Jamie Moore confirmed that he would win plenty of races when encountering a stiffer track, or 2m 4f+. So he is a lot to look forward to! Grey Bobby goes to Worcester tomorrow. GB is rapidly becoming a real favourite of mine, as he shows the most fantastic attitude to life - he is a real trier! Tomorrow is a fact finding mission, but a good mid div placing will give us plenty to look forward to!
