Colebrooke goes to Lingfield tomorrow. He has been declared in the 2m Handicap Hurdle, and as planned Josh Moore takes the ride, and takes a valuable 3lbs off of his back! Colebrooke has been in such good form at home that I was hoping I could advise him as a bet, but it is a very competitive race, with at least 8 of the runners holding valid claims, but we will still go and see what comes. The step back to 2 miles is a bit of a shot in the dark, but we need to go back to a trip where we know he is effective, and after tomorrow we will know where we are with him. San Telm has scoped clean this morning, and it is all systems go for Haydock next week with him. Benefit Cut is entered in Newbury next Wednesday, and has today been entered in a Towcester maiden hurdle as well. Both Newbury races look hot, and as I type this there are 60 entered in Towcester so it will take a bit of work to nail him down to a target!
