San Telm will take his chance in the £22,000 handicap hurdle in Haydock tomorrow - if the meeting passes an early inspection. This is a step up in grade, but it is a path we followed with Olney Lad a few years ago and that worked out very well, so fingers crossed he can go and emulate our old (and greatly missed) stable star!! If it is off then he will go to Kempton on Boxing Day, but that looks a much harder race, even though it is a couple of grades lower! Smart Exit has scoped clean this morning, and is able to do two fast bits of work on Saturday and Tuesday, which should put him spot on for a run in Uttoxeter on New Years Eve.Tannerman will also be running around that day - details will follow. Don't forget tomorrow we will be - 'as seen on Channel 4'!!!
