With 2 inches of snow over the course and temperatures forecast to get down to -7 and -9 over the course of the next 2 nights Market Rasen have taken the decision to abandon Thursdays meeting. This will mean that San Telm will have the 2 options at Haydock and Taunton on Saturday. Haydock are raceable today but due to get as cold as Rasen, and Taunton should remain above freezing, but are forecast heavy snow on Friday which may put the mockers on them racing. If this is the case ST will have entries going forward, including Doncaster and Huntingdon. Tannerman will have entries going forward in Fakenham, Doncaster, and Fontwell. Grassfinch is an intended runner in Ludlow on Thursday if it beats the weather.
