Genny Wren has entries in Bangor and Uttoxeter later this week, and the Staffordshire venue looks like first choice! She suffered a minor setback after her last run, but is back on song now! I continue to scour the country for a new club horse, and spent most of last night trawling through the latest DBS catalogue. Not sure we can run to Hunt Ball!! I will be making a few calls about some that are for sale privately this week - but as ever we have to be very patient and wait until the right one comes along. Try and have a look at the Computer Genterated Images for the new stand in Cheltenham - it looks very very impressive!! Don't forget the Big Bash cricket match in Eversholt on Friday June 28th - there is still room for a couple of players if you fancy turning out, but if you would rather spend a relaxing evening watching cricket and supping a couple of pints in the beautiful setting of Eversholt CC, then please just come along - there will be a hog roast, and hopefully a few jockeys about, and remember, all proceeds go to The Injured Jockeys Fund!
