Todays news features another jockey in a touch of hot water. Jamie Moore, who took over from Jimmy McCarthy on Ogee last month has found himself in a spot of hot water. Jamie produced a great run out of Ogee to get up and win well, but had to get pretty serious with him after the last to pass the three in front of him. In doing so he fell foul of the rules, and despite not having a ride in Worcester yesterday he was summoned to attend a stewards enquiry there to explain his actions and find his fate, as it was at the track that the offence occurred. The stewards found him guilty, and he was given a 8 day ban! Harsh - but rules are rules and he will be on the sidelines in a couple of weeks. Hopefully after Ogee has had his next run, which could be on 22nd September. At home the work on the gallops continues slowly, and the horses are all well!
