Saturday will be the day when a few plans can be hatched. It will be the first day that Stuart can use enough of the new surface to test the fitness of those horses he wants to run in the next 2 weeks. The ideal plan is to run Guest Of Honour on Saturday October 5th in a Fontwell Bumper, and after he has worked on Saturday we will know if or not to enter him. Hopefully, as he, like all of them, has been doing plenty of work while the gallop has been redone, he should be fit enough to go to the races so that we can learn a lot about him. Genny Wren is likely to make the trip with him to run in the staying hurdle. Carolina Wren will have entries very soon - she is very much a different mare from the spring. Benefit Cut is still on target for Market Rasen on Saturday.
