Sitting down in front of the TV and watching a bit of proper jump racing from Chepstow and Hexham - my eye was drawn to the 5.00 maiden hurdle at the latter. Two horses leapt off the page in the race - Ballyben and Milano Magic - I was a fair judge - Ballyben won, beating Milano Magic into second!! Why was I interested in these two?? Ballyben is Benefit Cut's full brother - Milano Magic is San Telm's half brother!! What are the chances of that!! A work morning this morning - San Telm breezed with new girl Maypole Lass, who needed it quite badly, and will in all likelihood miss her first possible target in Fakenham, and head to 'Plan B' in Leicester early next month. Coffers worked very well with Benefit Cut, and may head down to Exeter for their 3yr old bumper next month. Smart Exit was on the walker, Reyno once again worked eye-catchingly upsides Colebrooke. San Telm will have an entry for Fontwell next Wednesday, to go with his 2 in Cheltenham this weekend.
