The heavens open - it can only mean one thing - Staurt has got the bloody caravan out again!! It always happens, no sooner has he hitched it up than we get a continuous cloud burst!! Hopefully it will be all rained out by tomorrow when we welcome a new face to Fences Farm. it will be nice to show him around in some sunshine! The horses at Fences are all in good form, with plenty now back in and doing their road work. Dan Skelton has declared Colebrooke in the valuable 3m handicap hurdle in Southwell on Sunday. This has been the plan for some time, with the step back up in trip looking like it will help. Good luck to Ben, Jay and the Skelton team! Today has been a busy one, sending out plenty of information on new boy Cloonacool - hopefully something will come of the effort over the next couple of weeks!
