Bad luck for Benefit Cut's full brother this afternoon. Trained in Scotland by Lucinda Russell, Ballyben was beaten a nose in a 3 mile chase in Perth. This bumper winner, is all about stamina, which would suggest that BC could well improve even further when upped in trip later this season! It has been a busy couple of days, with plenty of calls regarding some of the shares we have available, and we are looking forward to introducing the horses to some new faces over the coming few days. Talking of shares we have available - everyone at Fences Farm is amazed that the share in San Telm has not sold! Although ST is 9, he hasn't got many miles on the clock, and is 126 rated after an impressive win last time out in the spring - he is in the form of his life, and could well end up running in Cheltenham either next month or in November (ground permitting) He is being prepared for a possible run on October 5th, so get in touch if you would like to come and see him - he is highly recommended!! have a look at him by clicking his image on the For Sale page and call 07909 518902 or email info@nickbrownracing.co.uk
