Put a line through Benefit Cuts run in Kempton on Monday. As I have already mentioned he was ridden Tuesday and Alice thought he was a bit flat - well yesterday merely confirmed that thought - he was very quiet, and definitely not himself! He will be blood tested tomorrow, and treated for whatever ails him - he will be back! Olney Bloodstock yesterday ventured into the flat world - when we received our first order for a flat horse. Hopefully we will be able to fit the bill with a nice individual from Ireland that the man can go and have a great deal of fun with. I am at the Tattersalls December foal sale for most of the rest of the week, chatting to purchasers and vendors alike, introducing myself as the representative of Theault Horseboxes in the racing and breeding sector. Although the weather was cold damp and miserable, it was a fun day - but the real fireworks will be tomorrow, when the first Frankel foals go through the ring - it is sure to be packed in there for that!! Inca Dove runs in Uttoxeter this afternoon. She is not without ability, and works nicely at home. She schooled really well yesterday, but there is a bit of a question mark as to whether she will be able to get her feet out of the soft tacky ground.
