Dawn Commander is declared to run in Haydock tomorrow, but wit every drop of rain his chances will decrease, so we will pray that they miss most of the rain forecast there! We are yet to try DC on a softer surface, but the perception, looking at his career results is that he doesn't handle it. Tomorrow we will find out - things can change! He is in fine form and Brendan Powell, who was successful on him in Warwick just over 2 weeks ago, rides again. If he does handle the ground, we can then assess what we do with him, as there will be no races for him over hurdles this summer! At least we will have the option of a high level winter campaign.
