Bold Conquests form took a major boost yesterday evening in Ffos Las when Be Pop Boru, and Castle Conflict who were 4th and 5th behind him when he won in Uttoxeter were first and second in the 3m hurdle. With winning trainer stating that his horse had found it much easier than at Uttoxeter the last day! Bold Conquest always looked the winner that day, and now the form has the most solid of looks to it! He is a super prospect, and one to very much look forward to when he returns from his short break. On the subject of Bold Conquest, I would like to welcome Geraldine, Vicky and Geoff into the ownership ranks. Their support is very much appreciated and we wish them the very best of luck with their racing interests! These new faces to NBR, and the continued support of existing clients that have further invested in bloodstock this spring proves that we are getting things right! The syndication of Christmas Twenty in just 72 hours is also proof that we are buying the right type of horses. We are also very grateful to the services of Stuart and everyone at Fences Farm who work so hard to give the horses that we buy the very best of care, and get them to the races in such good order! Horses running well makes for happy people and the past 12 months have been exceptional - long may it continue! On this note - due to promises (as yet unfulfilled) I am making available another 2 shares in Bold Conquest. I have been keeping some shares back for a group of men, but as yet they have not committed, so as of June 1st these shares have gone on the market. Please have a look at him on the For Sale Page, as detailed above, his form is looking rock solid - his last run in Stratford can be overlooked as the track was unsuitable, but Richard Johnson who rode him that day did say that he will easily win form his current hurdles mark - and we have always thought, as his Irish form suggests (along with his British rating of 122) that he will make a better chaser!!
