Native Princess, after some very good recent homework has earned her entry in the mares novice hurdle in Fontwell next Tuesday. There are only 10 mares entered, but it has turned out to be unusually hot for the time of year with 4 mares entered with ratings of 110 or above, and representatives from the yards of Daly, Hobbs, Henderson and Fry! We will have a word around and see what opposition looks likely to be, as there is an option for her in Worcester on September 8th. We know that she has a decent level of ability - proven by her bumper win, and the danger is going to Fontwell and either beating, or finishing close up to a 130 rated mare and possibly ruining her handicap mark for a very long time. Christmas Twenty worked yesterday and worked very nicely. Everyone at Fences Farm really likes this imposing son of Zagreb, and he has earned an entry in a Southwell bumper on September 2nd.
