Saturday 17 February

We start this mornings bulletin with sad news - We pass on our condolences to Stuart, Trish, Harriet, Ed, and all of the family after the sudden and sad passing of Stuarts mother Rita yesterday morning. Rita will be very much missed by her family and all that knew her, a staunch supporter of both her sons, Stuart, and 'Larry', and all of her 4 grandchildren, she leaves a big hole in their family, and our thoughts are with them at this time. This morning, the sun shone, and Paul and John were in to see their horses. Second lot, Apasionado and Chandos Belle both breezed, they are both making the trip to Market Rasen tomorrow, and are in form. AP makes his return after a long lay off - he is fit and ready to run, but is sure to come on for it. CB is on a recovery mission after disappointing in the very deep Leicester mud a couple of week ago. We also saw Classic Ben work with Molly Childers, with Hillcrest Fire in behind. All three worked really well. CBEN is entered in Doncaster next week, but it would not want to dry up too much for him, he will not go if it was Good To Firm anywhere - Doncaster can dry very quickly! Third Lot Maria's Benefit did a couple of canters, and looked in fine form. Queenohearts did one canter, she worked very well in the week, and didn't need to do anymore at this stage. Mister Miyagi, and Domesday Book both did 3 strong canters and looked good! Keep your eyes peeled on her over the course of the next week, as we will have new faces appear, we will be forming a new 25 strong syndicate - so if you are interested in joining in the fun, please get in touch - given the amount of interest already - the places will fill very quickly!!
