Saturday 2 June

It was a quiet morning at fences Farm this morning, with just a few to canter, but it was great to see our new purchase Our Bubba has settled in really well, and looks like a very exciting addition to the team of horses at Fences Farm. he is a super looking horse, that has the moves to go with his looks - he is really athletic, and has a very good outlook. By Scorpion, the same sire as Mite Bite the Gold Cup winner he is from a good family. he has a half sister rated 120+, and his dam was a half sister to a 160 rated horse. All in all the whole, when you take in the fact that he has really solid form in 3 Irish Maidens, and has progressed with each run, you can see that he is a bright prospect, and we are delighted to have him. he is FOR SALE, and if you are interested in owning either all of him, or a share then please get in touch. It was also good to see Go Millie Go enjoy a couple of canters. She will head off for a short summer break next week, before returning to prepare for an autumn campaign on her favoured good ground. She is a lovely mover, and it is clear to see why she didn't handle deep ground in her Points in Ireland. She is a lovely girl, by Milan, out of a mare that won to points an is the half sister to Time For Rupert. There are a couple of shares left in her - so get in touch. Lion Rouge is in fine form, and has recovered the weight he shed in running so well in Huntingdon. There isn't much of him anyway, so that is a good thing! He will be out later this month. Again shares are available in him for just £460 - +£25/month all inclusive training/keep fee. If you are interested in any of the horses we have on offer please get in touch. nickbrownracing@gmail.com or 07909 518902
