Lily Ready
Lily's Arc has been nothing short of amazing - this little filly was fat hairy and unbroken in March, but is now feeling like a racehorse, and has an entry in the bumper in Southwell next Thursday. She is just like her half sister Kaloci - tiny and tough, and has just the perfect attitude. She has just got on with life, and is really competitive. Stuart has not had to back off of her once in her preparation, and reports her ready to run. It has been a busy few days regarding share sales - there is now just 1 share left in Lily's Arc, so give me a call quickly if you would like to go with her to Southwell as one of her owners. As expected - the share in Molly Childers created an awful lot of interest, but the first man to stake his claim was Kevin Bishop. Kevin bought a Morning On The Gallops at a local charity golf day, and yesterday he cashed in his prize, and enjoyed a sunny morning up the hill watching the horses work. Afterwards we headed off for a spot of lunch at the Cock in North Crawley, and I'm not sure if it was the horses, or the lunch, but either way he had a great morning, and was keen to get involved with things at Fences Farm. We wish him the very best of luck with Molly, and look forward to seeing him again very soon. Classic Ben has an entry in Worcester next Wednesday, and we will monitor ground and opposition and make a call as to his participation early next week. All the other horses seem really well, and I will update plans for them in the next day or two.
