Monday 3 November

Only good news to report this morning. All 3 runners from over the weekend seem to be fine. Kikos was ridden for the first time since his run, and he seems 100%, as do Ogee and Mattaking who both trotted up sound this morning and will have a couple of days off before resuming exercise. Matty will stay chasing from now on, and I am sure he will pick up a low grade chase in the near future. The 'comments in running' regarding Matty in the Racing Post this morning read - 'always prominent, ridden after 3 out, chased winner after next, stayed on under pressure flat' AMAZING!! Stayed on under pressure are 3 words not usually associated with Matty so this is a big turn around, and hopefully fences can be the making of him. I have 2 shares left to lease in E Major our new juvenile hurdling prospect. The lease runs until May 1 2009, and the cost of leasing a 1/8 share is £40/week (to cover all costs). This little chap could be well worth it and give his owners a lot of fun - rated 74 on the flat and having won about 3 weeks ago over 1 1/2 miles he has all the attributes to stand him in good stead over timber, and will be running within the next 3-4 weeks. As I say, there are only 2 places left so get in touch quickly if you are interested. 07909 518902.
