Thursday 30 April

Good to see Punchestown on the TV this week. It is now 3 years since we had our greatest day there with Olney Lad,and I remember it like yesterday (well - parts of it)! The buzz over there is fantastic, and a lot more relaxed than Cheltenham, and I can't wait to have our next runners over there. Ogee was entered to go, but the decision was made to stay at home, which looking at the weather and the ground, could have ended up being the right one. We have had a number of enquiries regarding ownership opportunities over the last few days, and I will be meeting a number of interested parties at Fences Farm on Saturday, so if you would like a share in something we have - or fancy joining a new Partnership then get in touch and I will give you the details, and you can join us at the weekend. (07909 518902). The Horses In Training Sales Catalogue is out and there are a number of interesting types to buy from other yards, along with some really well bred store horses, and the task if whittling down the 700 odd horses to about 30 has begun!! Point to Pointer, Noble Rebellion is entered for the Warwickshire Point To Point at Ashorne on Monday evening, could be very social!!
