Friday 29 May
Last night we spent a really enjoyable couple of hours over at Michael and Fiona Kehoes place near Wing. It was good to see some of the horses that are over with them at the moment, and it was good to see them all looking so very well. Mattaking has now had his bandage removed and looks in good form - he should be able to go out in the paddock in the near future. The Kayf Tara filly that I purchased from Doncaster in January is growing up nicely, and now that she has her summer coat she looks very well. We also saw Bobby Gee's little brother (by Silver Patriach) and he looks a lovely model (see photo). I am pleased to say that this imposing 2 year old is now avaiable in shares, but there are only a couple left as a few of the members of the Oakley Partnership that own Bobby have already registered their interest in owning a bit of this boy too! If you are interested in a really nice prospect for the future then please give me a call (07909 518902) There are only 2 shares left! We also go to see the latest addition to the Kehoes string in the shape of a bonny little Kayf Tara colt foal born last Saturday - he is a lovely little chap, and it is great to dream about them running at Cheltenham in a few years time!!
