Wednesday 24 March
Kikos will be doing a good piece of work on Saturday, so if anyone would like to come to Fences Farm and watch him stride on up the hill then you are very welcome, but please give me a call either today or tomorrow so that I can keep a handle on numbers and work out the logistics of it all. He is in great form and will be having entries in about 3 weeks. Bloods will be taken from Bobby Gee to make sure that he is as well as we think he is, He seems fine after his run, and when we get the results of the blood tests we can make some decisions about the future. Jardin De Vienne is in great form and enjoyed breezing with E Major last weekend, he will be out again in 3-4 weeks when hopefully there will be good spring ground about for him. Ogee is fine and heads to Aintree, Important Business and Mattaking both continue to canter and are pleasing Mrs Robeson very much. Best wishes to one of Bobby Gees' owners, Jay Tabb, who was stretchered off while playing for Reading against Leicester last night, they say the injury looked serious, and Jay is not one to go down easily - he is a tough little nut, but I hope it does not rule him out for too long as his side are in great form, winning 9 of their last 11 games in the league, taking 28 points from a possible 33, and climbing the table to within a whisker of the playoffs! Get well soon Tabby!
