IB is an intended runner at Market Rasen on Friday. Dave Roberts the Jockeys Agent has gone through the race in his usual thorough manner tp book his boys rides and he thinks the race will cut up a bit and there will only be half a dozen runners, so while the ground is in our favour we will give it a whirl. Not such good news about Mattaking who has suffered a reocurrence of his suspensory injury and has had to be retired. He will make someone a beautiful riding horse, and go on to a lot of success in other spheres. Matty, after initially being disappointing, turned out to be very consistent over fences winning two out of five, and giving his loyal and patient owners a lot of fun on the way. I will certainly miss seeing this gorgeous horse on the gallops.
