Alan Garratt, part owner of Kikos and Omaruru, who doubles up as a quality batsman for Eversholt Cricket Club has suggested that we have a get together later in the summer. He has kindly offered the services of the cricket club for a friendly game between a Nick Brown Racing XI and a side from the club (the quality of which will be determined by the side we can muster). So if anyone fancies pulling on the whites and turning their arm over for an evening then please get in touch - all are welcome. It will be a great social occasion - the bar will be open and if we get enough folks interested then there will be a BBQ as well. All club and partnership members are welcome, along with friends, for a good get together in the evening sun (hopefully) The date is yet to be set in stone but we hope to play the 'Big Bash' on a Thursday evening, at Eversholt Cricket Club in late June (to get the most daylight). Please get in touch if you would like to come along so we can get an idea of numbers - better still if you would like to play! Hopefully this will become an annual event, that will be run in aid of charity in the future, but as it is a bit last minute this year, we will keep it low key!
