Cheltenham Friday and Saturday - great days racing, and a great social! Possibly some headway made on the quest for a new club horse, although the targets at the sale on Friday either didn't show up to be sold or should not have shown up to be sold! Possibly another new order for a nice horse as well, so all in all very productive at the races. We stayed in The Washbourne Court Hotel in Lower Slaughter which is a great hotel, and it was lovely to walk around this beautiful village yesterday in bright sunshine and 15 degrees! At the races on Saturday it was good to see Colebrookes form franked again, when Jackies Solitaire who was 49 lengths behind him at Fontwell was fourth in the best Juvenile Hurdle to be run this year! She obviously didn't give her running at Fontwell, but there are some other form lines that are coming together that suggest Colebrooke is pretty high up in the 3 yr old ranks non the less. Back at Fences Farm San Telm worked very well on Saturday with Silver Wren, and appears to have a bit of a gear box! Everything else is in great from, and there will be news of a few targets later in the week.
