No Point on all fronts today - No Oakley Hunt Point To Point on Sunday - it has been cancelled due to waterlogging, and certainly no point declaring Tannerman and Benefit Cut for races this weekend with all this horrible weather about. Probably no point in me going to Fences Farm tomorrow either, but as usual I will be there - but may just be watching the horses take a turn on the walker if the weather forecast is correct. It is all getting a bit boring now!! Colebrooke is back home, San Telm will be scoped in a week/10days time - it is very frsustrating having this wet weather and soft ground as both of our horses that love the soft (ST and C) are on the easy list, and those that want good ground (BC and Tannerman) are in great form! -TYPICAL!!! It will change - but who knows when? News of an old friend Omaruru - he is in great form again, and is the best of health. He is still at Michael and Fionas and will start on their walker in late May/early June, unfortunately for his owners this will signal the time to start paying again!! I keep fielding lots of calls about the Tannerman/Tara Dancer combo.
