Ogee is declared to run in Stratford tomorrow - Jimmy McCarthy rides. This will be the furthest that Ogee has ever encountered, but he has warranted a step up in trip after his last couple of runs where he has been outpaced and stayed on over trips just in excess of 3 miles. The old boy (Ogee not the Jockey) appears in really good order, and as long as he handles the tight track he should run well! We are looking forward to welcoming a few folks up to the gallops on Saturday morning, where they should be able to see Amistress and The Fonz do a piece of work, before watching Tara Dancer do a canter. Tara has been held up in her work for about 10 days, but seems to be right back on track now, and they should be able to crack on with her! We do enjoy having folks about on a Saturday, and if anyone that is new to the site (through the recent ad campaign) would like to join us up on top of the hill they are more than welcome - just drop me a line or send me an email to arrange the times. It looks like being a beautiful morning up there, and the views are worth the trip alone!! It will not be long now until the Autumn.Winter horses start returning to work, and once again the yard will have its customery buzz about it - can't wait!! As you can see from the photos on the right - we are getting some good coverage on the front page of The Racing Post web-site, who knows - we may end up a household name in racehorse syndication!! We can dream - but am confident that we have the right horses to really get ourselves noticed next season - so don't delay - get in touch to join us on our journey!!
