Typical! The rain arrives - on the very day that we didn't need it. We had a splash last night, and with it looking set in today until lunchtime, we may not get to play cricket tonight. BUT! We will NOT be defeated, and as it looks like being dry overhead we will crash on regardless!! Afterall there is still a pig to eat!! If we don't manage to get a game we will have a social evening in the pavillion, and organise a few games on the outfield - whatever happens we will have a good night!! There will be fun and games whatever the weather!! So please don't be put off by the forecast - come along to Eversholt CC anyway and enjoy the craic! If we can't get Tom O'Brien to play cricket he may have to have a go at something else with even more hilarious consequences!! Please be aware that I am having a rare weekend off of Fences Farm tomorrow, so if you were planning to come over - would you be kind enough to come another weekend. Cheers!
