Everything is going fast!!! The year for starters - doesn't seem two minutes since Colebrooke and Smart Exit went off to Ann and Colin's for their summer break - but today they will return to Fences Farm, to begin their pre-training. Both have summered very well, and are well up to winning races this winter. San Telm also returns to the fold today. He has also had a good break and will be aimed at a top early season handicap hurdle, before taking on the bigger obstacles in Novice Chases. Shares In Omaruru are also going fast, and we are pleased to welcome Mark Atherton, and Graham Kingsparke to Nick Brown Racing. Mark and Graham, are also very keen to have a look at our 3yr old filly (Tobougg x Forest Pride), and as she will not be on the racecourse until the spring they have taken a share each in Omaruru to give them some sport over the winter months! With them taking a share each, and the possibility of 2 more new members joining with them, there are very few shares left in Omaruru now - so if you are interested then please get in touch ASAP! It was good to see Martin and Janice, who were over to see Omaruru, as it is a while since they have seen him - he got plenty of Polos!! The third thing going fast this weekend was Tara Dancer, who breezed very well off the top with Ogee on Saturday morning. Martin and Janice were joined by John and Bob to watch TD breeze and they were all impressed - She has a huge athletic stride, and really gets her head down and tries! She is right where they want her, and will have a speculative entry in a Stratford Mares Bumper this Sunday. Her main aim is the Novices Hurdle in Southwell (3.15pm) on Tuesday 23rd, but we thought we would poke her in the bumper in case it looks very weak - of you aren't in you can't win!!
