There should be a good few smiling faces this morning, as Nick Brown Racing members will have all received their cheques this weekend. It was a pleasure to be able to pay out over £12,000 to club members as prize money, and am sure they will all spend it wisely!! Just how is up to you all individually but I will say that we are very close to being able to reveal the identity of the new 'Club' horse! By this time tomorrow we should be able to let you all know his name, but for now I can reveal that he is by a champion sire, has very decent form from just a handful of runs in his native Ireland, and just for good measure his dam did something very special!! All in all we are very excited about him - and can't wait to get cracking with him! The next Dawn Commander???? Like our other clubs - there will be a maximum of 25 shares available at £650 each - plus £20/week all inclusive training fees. Mr Maynard has come out of his run on Thursday in fine form, and it is not beyond the realms of possibility that he will win again!! Don't forget - the annual charity cricket match draws ever closer. As it stands we could probably do with another bowler, so if you know anyone that would like to play then let me know! The date is June 27th - play starts at 6.00pm at Eversholt CC.
