Tuesday 27 January.

Not every day you make an entry in The Supreme Hurdle!! Especially when you have only held a training license for a week!! But that is exactly what Stuart did today! We decided to pop Cloonacool in 2m novice championship just in case he makes a big impact in his next run. As we have said he is a tough horse to weigh up at home, so it is hard to get a handle on how good he is, and we would look silly if he were to bolt up in his next run, and not be in the Supreme. The plan is still, at this stage, to run once in February and then head to the Imperial Cup, but we have the option to change plans if he suddenly finds himself in the top 5 in the betting for the Festival opener! Smart Exit is an intended runner on Thursday in Towcester, where Jamie Moore will ride as Josh has to go to Wincanton. Paddy The Deejay, who was very impressive in his work on Saturday, has an entry in the novice hurdle, and the bumper on the same card. He will run in a bumper, but has the option of going to Kempton early next month, if he needs it. San Telm, continues in great heart, and should be back on track in 3-4 weeks - please remember that there is a 25% share for sale in this bonny little horse, who is qualified for the Cheltenham Festival! Please email info@nickbrownracing.co.uk for further details - he is on the For Sale Page. Native Princess continues to recover from her little set back, and the vet will have a look at her in 10 days. Dawn Commander is being ridden, and the plan is to go straight to Aintree with him. We may have some progress on the new horse front. More details to follow if it comes of, but safe to say - I am very excited!!
