A great run from Cloonacool this afternoon, a bad mistake put paid to his chances but he tried really hard and can be rated slightly unfortunate. The size of Ascot made it very difficult to get to see everyone after the race, we are sorry to have missed some of you post race, but I can report that he seems to be fine, he has returned home in one piece and we live to fight another day! We will see how he is next week, and then look at options - which include The Greatwood Hurdle in Cheltenham in a fortnight, or a switch to chasing. We will discuss, and make a plan towards the end of next week. It is a nice position to be in, as Cloonacool is a very nice horse, and will be taking his owners to the very top meetings for the rest of the season!!
