Sunday 12 December
Cloonacool starts the next chapter of his career tomorrow, when he ventures over fences for the first time in Plumpton. Cloonacool is a natural over fences and all the jockeys that have ridden him have stated that he would be far better over a fence, so tomorrow he gets his first crack at it. Josh Moore knows the horse well and will ride him tomorrow. Josh, like all of the Moores rides Plumpton as well as any, and is in fine form at the moment. Fingers crossed for a safe round of jumping and a good introduction. Smart Exit is entered in Towcester on Thursday, where Ciaran Gethings will hopefully be reunited with him, he is in fine form, has scoped spotless on Friday, and on a track that suits him well he should run a big race. San Telm worked really well yesterday, and has an entry in a conditional jockeys handicap hurdle in Ascot on Friday. Ciaran Gethings will be banned on that day, but we will try to get the services of Charlie Deutsch who was seen to great effect in Cheltenham on Friday. Stuart reports that yesterdays work morning went well, and we are looking forward to a successful period on the run up to Christmas.
