Stuart called this morning to say how pleased he is with new boy Visible Light. Not asked to do too much, he settled in behind the 120 rated Pine Warbler, and an unraced horse by Midnight Legend, and went nicely all the way to the top. Having not done too much for the past week or so, it was not possible to do a proper piece of work with him, so instructions were for his rider to sit still and let him do his own thing. The expectation was for the two in front to pull away when push came to shove - not so - Visible Light went all the way to the top with them very easily. It looks like the plan is coming together! I am delighted with him, and Stuart sees no point in treading water with him - everything is positive, so he will crack on with him, and depending on how he gets on in his work on Saturday - it will not be long before he is making his UK debut!
