Great to see Ian and Mary Burchell yesterday, when we caught up for lunch. Mary and Ian have had shares in horses with us for a number of years, and they are both very proud that all of their horses have been winners for them! After the sad recent loss of San Telm they currently have nothing in training, but that will not be the case for long I am sure. Ian and Mary moved out to Naples Florida last year, but are keen to keep a connection with Fences Farm, and it was great to see them yesterday. Both are well, and it was a super couple of hours spent in the sunshine!! There has been considerable interest in the new Flemensfirth filly, with shares already sold, and another man coming to see her on Tuesday! If you are interested, remember, there are no training/keep fees to pay until October 1st! The remaining shares will not be around for long I'm sure - she is a lovely filly, and looks to have a super future ahead of her!!
