Good to see Dylan Hey and hi girlfriend Celia this morning. They popped into Fences Farm to see Dylans horse Sneaking Budge, while they both had a few free days. A glorious morning, and we all got to see Bold Conquest canter with Pull Together and Reyno second lot - and Cloonacool canter with two companions third lot. They all look fantastic, and it will not be long before they are out on the track - time flies. When we got back down to the yard it was a joy to see two of the greatest showjumpers the country has ever produced - The Boss - Peter Robeson was out and about showing his friend Harvey Smith around the yard. Harvey and his wife Sue popped in on their way down the M1. Two great equestrians! A quick update on Sundays winner Kayla - she was a little sore on returning to Fences Farm, and a subsequent xray found a small fracture. This was screwed by the same vets that looked after Cloonacool after his overreach. She is back at home and is fine - she should make a full recovery. She really is one tough cookie!
