We have two declared in Market Rasen tomorrow. Cloonacool goes in the Listed Prelude Hurdle that he won last year. He seems in great order at home, and from 3 lbs higher than last year he looks to have a decent chance, although it looks a very tight heat. In his favour is that he is a proven performer off of winter ratings, and most of his rivals are handicapped on summer form which is not usually as strong, which would make them not entirely well treated with Cloonacool who goes well fresh, and obviously likes the track. Apasionado makes his UK debut in the bumper - he has done nothing but please since his arrival, and hopefully he can perform on the track like he does at home. Many thanks to Market Rasen who have been very accommodating with their badge allocation - it makes life a lot easier for me! I am sure we will have a great day win lose or draw!!
