Good to see Paul Wells this morning. Paul popped into Fences Farm to see one of the horses he has an interest in - Pull Together. PT was the recipient of some glowing reports at the weekend after he swung up behind 2 decent yardsticks without being popped a question. It was great to see him do 2 good canters today, and he certainly looks like he is going the right way. PT is a big heavy topped 4 year old, so he will be needing a bit of juice in the ground if before he makes his debut in a bumper, but hopefully that isn't too far away now! PT cantered with Sneaking Budge who is in great order, and will quicken up later this week - he too needs some juice in the ground. Bold Conquest tracked this pair up. Third lot we saw Molly Childers canter, she is intent in going quicker, but needs to stay at this pace for another week or so. She looks in great order. Cloonacool and Apasionado were out third lot as well, and had a gentle canter. Cloonacool will have some light therapy on Saturday to aid him after his fall, it will certainly do no harm. The handicapper has not moved his mark from Saturday, so if that remains the case he will take the same route as he took last year and head to Ascot at the end of October.
