All over the place today - some will say 'What's new'? We start off in Newmarket where we hope to exercise the bidding finger early doors - trying to add to the impressive string in Stuarts yard. Then it is off to Fakenham where Chandos Bell runs in the 1.20, and Kaloci runs in the bumper. CB wasn'r right after arriving from Germany last winter, but has done well for her summer break, and is ready to go. Kaloci is a tiny little thing, but what she lacks in stature she more than make up for in heart. She is one tough cookie. Both would will prefer a stiffer test in time, but this is the right place and time to start with both. Cloonacool heads to the South West to Taunton for a 5 runner handicap hurdle. The lowest grade he will have run in for some time. he has tumbled down the weights as a result of not being right after a heavy fall in September last year - but he too benefited from a long break and seems back in rude health now. He ran a cracker in his customary season opener in Market Rasen to be beaten just 8 lengths after being way to fresh for the first mile. He would have gone very close had he not been far too keen early. The track ground and trip will suit him to a T, so hopefully he can make the trip down there worth while. All three home safe is the main aim, a winner would be lovely. Good luck to all the owners who are following their horses across tge country today!
