After extensive scrutiny of the two races that Jardin De Vienne is entered in next week, we have decided to have a crack at Southwell. Both races are very similar, with three horses in each race that have a realistic chance on all known form, but the ones entered at Southwell have multiple entries and could go elsewhere, leaving the door open for JDV, who continues in great heart. It also means that a few more of his owners (me included) will be able to see him run, because on Monday we are at the snooker World Championships in Sheffield and would miss the Plumpton race, (I promise that was not the reason for going to Southwell)!!
