Smart Exit will need his waders on! He is entered in Fontwell next Wednesday (28th) and with the ground Soft, Heavy In Places (waterlogged in places) he will need the wet weather gear, and a whole lot of guts!! He is entered over the marathon trip of 3m 3f, which will be a real test, but is something we all think will be right up his street, as he is a really tough stayer!! Colebrooke is back on the road again - he has a shoe back on his tender foot, and is cantering again and doing plenty, he should make his next target in Leicester. With all the wet weather, the ground should come right for Grassfinch on Saturday - my fear for the weekend is the big meeting in Haydock - I do hope that it mangaes to survive the deluge and they can get it on! There is some quality racing up there!!
